New Certified Remote Pilot License Training Courses

ScientificAerospace is pleased to announce the release of their New Certified Remote Pilot License Training Courses.

“We pioneered RPAS training back in Australia in 2011 and since then we have always felt that it is important we meet the needs of the ever changing industry” said Paul Dewar, ScientificAerospace’s Chief Remote Pilot.

The previous comprehensive two week RPAS course has now been separated into two parts. The first Remote Pilot Licence Certificate Course is run over 5 days and meets the Civil Aviation Safety Authority requirements to enable students to be qualified as a Remote Pilot for Multi-Rotor Remotely Piloted Aircraft under 7 kg.

The second Professional Remote Pilot Course, also delivered over 5 days, trains students in the intricacies of industry specific operations (surveying, inspection, cinematography and surveillance), for qualified Remote Pilots and individuals who wish to make piloting drones their profession.

“These changes are designed to meet the needs of the market, saving prospective pilots time and money.” said new Managing Director Richard Pace.
